Keeping it Simple Keeps it Healthy
Our whole wheat, white, and crusty breads are made of wholesome
and pure ingredients - ingredients that you can pronounce. Many of our
customers are in Rochester visiting the Mayo Clinic. They find pure
and nutritious breads at our bread bakery.
Everyday we stone mill our wheat into flour so that it is as fresh
and nutritious as possible. To these wondrous flours we add water, yeast,
salt, and locally raised honey. This combined goodness gives our breads
an extraordinary flavor and texture.
